The collection of the archaeological and artistic findings grew up along the years since the foundation of the Abbey keeping and respecting a calling of culture and conservation.

Many pieces come from the catacombs here around or from the ruins of the elegant Roman villas of this area. Many other were presented by important people who protected the Abbey since the XV century until the first decade of XIX, and many other too come from the medieval period of the history of the Monastery.

The Museum is temporarily closed in order to provide an up to date rearrangement.
